Description

• Manage projects with a hands-on approach in creating smarter cities and vibrant communities • Work remotely from home in Southern California area • Responsible for complex engineering design tasks, marketing client engagement, and overseeing project delivery • Contribute to the growth of Intelligent Transportation Systems practice in Southern California, including Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Diego, and surrounding markets • Collaborate with fellow Sr. Principal Engineers in practice building • Participate in client engagement and overall project oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Transportation Engineering • Professional Engineer license (PE) of CA preferred • Extensive client contacts and relationships in ITS industry • 10+ years of experience in Southern California Transportation project pursuits • Experience in ITS consulting services industry • Passion for managing and mentoring staff • Success in business development and marketing within ITS industry • Strong communication and collaboration skills
