• Just be a good developer and write good code that’s sustainable, reliable, maintainable, easy to read, and fun for other developers to work with • Know how much work something is (cause someone is gonna ask) • Be willing and able to write tests (we’re not great at this so we want someone who is!) • Enjoy coding and learning! (We’re always working with new technologies here) • Enjoy helping other team members who have questions, problems, or a case of imposter syndrome • Be able to come in and say “the architecture here is sub-optimal, here’s how we can fix it”
