• Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients utilizing Geode Health's virtual platform, adhering to best practices in mental health treatment. • Provide compassionate and effective counseling services, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each patient while promoting mental wellness and recovery. • Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) for each patient encounter, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Leverage Geode Health's proprietary tools and resources, including MBC (Measurement-Based Care), scheduling software, billing systems, and IT support, to streamline patient care and administrative processes. • Participate in ongoing training and education provided by Geode Health to enhance clinical skills, stay abreast of emerging trends in mental healthcare, and maintain licensure and credentials. • Engage in collaborative discussions and consultations with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and treatment plans. • Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards governing mental health practice, including maintaining confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Illinois. • Experience providing therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, preferably in an outpatient or virtual setting. • Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and virtual therapy platforms. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.
