Description

• Key member responsible for ongoing updates to Zabbix • Build monitoring systems based on feedback • Manage Zabbix tickets from start to finish • Assist Technical Service team for monitoring issues • Develop new methods to streamline processes • Configure monitoring for all software and Microsoft applications • Develop in-depth knowledge of the software application catalog • Create and edit documentation of internal processes • Communicate with customers about incident progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience • Entry level knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server • Entry level knowledge in Windows Server Administration • Microsoft Windows Clustering • Entry level Server, storage, and networking hardware knowledge • Ticket management, issue tracking and change-log management skills • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with the ability to work independently • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals • Embrace working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects/issues in occasionally high-pressure situations • Ability to travel for client engagements up to 10% of the time
