📋 Description
• Built is a growth-stage company at the intersection of FinTech and PropTech. • The Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Built drives financial integrity and commercial thinking. • Reporting to the CFO, this leader will oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, procurement, and payroll. • Establish world-class processes and deliver exceptional decision support.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a VP or senior finance leadership role. • Deep experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic finance within a SaaS business. • Experience implementing and optimizing financial and operational systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful, Brex, Salesforce). • Proven track record of building and scaling finance teams in high-growth environments. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Exceptional analytical, process management, and problem-solving abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
