📋 Description
• Campaign Managers own and oversee entertainment and music marketing campaigns. • Lead on influencer marketing strategies. • Create clear KPIs for each project, allocate resources, track performance. • Manage data tracking and report analysis to management weekly. • Source new influencer/platform leads and manage relationships. • Manage campaign elements from ideation to execution to reporting. • Identify and understand the needs of influencers/creators. • Prospect new social channels/platforms and trending audios. • Present to management/staff on marketing best practices. • Write compelling copy for campaigns. • Analyze past promotions/campaigns and make recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2+ years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience • Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; influencer experience is a plus • Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete marketing plan for clients • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Monday.com, CreatorIQ, etc • Strong communication skills (verbal and written - email/text message communications) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with notable clients/talent • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and YouTube Shorts). • Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
