β€’ Campaign Managers own and oversee entertainment and music marketing campaigns. β€’ Lead on influencer marketing strategies. β€’ Create clear KPIs for each project, allocate resources, track performance. β€’ Manage data tracking and report analysis to management weekly. β€’ Source new influencer/platform leads and manage relationships. β€’ Manage campaign elements from ideation to execution to reporting. β€’ Identify and understand the needs of influencers/creators. β€’ Prospect new social channels/platforms and trending audios. β€’ Present to management/staff on marketing best practices. β€’ Write compelling copy for campaigns. β€’ Analyze past promotions/campaigns and make recommendations.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2+ years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience β€’ Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; influencer experience is a plus β€’ Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete marketing plan for clients β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Monday.com, CreatorIQ, etc β€’ Strong communication skills (verbal and written - email/text message communications) β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with notable clients/talent β€’ Problem analysis and problem-solving β€’ Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and YouTube Shorts). β€’ Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
