Description

• Assisting customers via email through addressing inquiries, resolving raised issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction for every contact. • Providing quality service to sports betting customers and maintaining a positive and player-focused attitude, even when dealing with their concerns. • Handling and managing the Zendesk volume of tickets and being able to respond efficiently. • Maintaining friendly and professional attitudes with internal customers to ensure smooth working relationships.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Support Representative or in a similar role is preferred. • Ability to work well under pressure • Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools • Knowledge of sports betting is a plus
