β€’ Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. β€’ We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game. β€’ We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. β€’ We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming. β€’ We are seeking a passionate new teammate to join our People team as a People Operations Coordinator. β€’ This individual will report to the HR manager and help build a people-centric culture. β€’ The People Operations Coordinator will be crucial in enhancing our people processes, particularly in employee onboarding, administrative tasks, and employee engagement. β€’ Our ideal candidate is eager to learn about the People/HR field, highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, coachable, and a strong team player.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of People Operations experience, with exposure to recruiting coordination. β€’ Administration experience in HR and recruitment. Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms (Gusto and Lever a plus). β€’ Detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through and organizational skills. β€’ Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Passion for process improvement and finding ways to streamline workflows. β€’ β€œCan-do” attitude and ability to collaborate with others β€’ Customer service-oriented, quick, and accurate responses to employee questions and needs. β€’ Being a trusted and professional ambassador for the HR team
