β’ 2+ years of People Operations experience, with exposure to recruiting coordination. β’ Administration experience in HR and recruitment. Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms (Gusto and Lever a plus). β’ Detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through and organizational skills. β’ Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information. β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Passion for process improvement and finding ways to streamline workflows. β’ βCan-doβ attitude and ability to collaborate with others β’ Customer service-oriented, quick, and accurate responses to employee questions and needs. β’ Being a trusted and professional ambassador for the HR team
