📋 Description

• As a Presales Solution Engineer (m/f/d) at Flip, you will work closely with our Enterprise and Strategic prospects and customers. • As part of the pre-sales team, you will support our account executives with all technical questions, act as an interface to our product department and train our sales staff in technical matters. • You will provide technical consulting/conceptual services in the sales cycle. • You are involved in the qualification of potential prospects and support the sales team with RFI’s/RFP’s etc. • You conduct technical product presentations, demos, workshops and seminars. • You enable our sales team to answer technical questions with confidence. • You act as the interface between Sales and R&D. • You provide insights into the technical aspects of implementation, use and optimization. • You help shape the development of sustainable presales processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in presales or solution consulting, preferably at a leading SaaS provider or consultancy. • You bring robust experience working with vice-president and C-level of large companies. • You have excellent communication skills with leads and use your (pre-)sales experience to conduct challenging conversations in a professional manner. • You can understand and explain concepts related to SSO, master data provision and integration, ideally with insights into enterprise IT architecture. • You have a very strong hands-on mentality, work things out and implement them. • You don't want to spend your working day in just one place and have a certain willingness to travel. • You bring excellent English and German skills with you.
