📋 Description
• As a Solution Engineer at SoSafe, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagements, driving product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical consultations, and solution design. • Your mission is to guide prospective customers toward adopting SoSafe’s cybersecurity awareness platform by delivering impactful, tailored demonstrations that showcase its business value. • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs and customer expectations. • Support the sales team in demonstrating the meaningful value of our platform. • Provide advice on technical questions regarding the integration of Active Directories and Single Sign-On solutions. • Implement awareness measures that amaze people. • Utilize data to initialize and evaluate phishing simulations that convinces potential customers. • Answer questions about the functionality of our product range and information security. • Collaborate with our Product, Marketing, Legal, and Security experts. • Become the sought-after product expert for Cyber Security Awareness solutions in our team.

• Passion for cybersecurity, SaaS, and helping businesses enhance security awareness • Strong presentation and communication skills • Experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting • Technical familiarity with security awareness training platforms, SaaS architecture, and integrations • Fluent in German and English • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
