📋 Description

• We assist Legal, Risk and Compliance in-house departments in their digital transformation journey towards an agile and responsive strategic enabling function. • The solution architect mentors, guides and leads team members in ServiceNow implementation projects and assures the successful delivery of those projects. • The solution architect must have a proven track record of managing projects through the entire project lifecycle from opportunity to successful delivery. • The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the capability to architect solutions by mapping customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow within client environments including advanced knowledge in ServiceNow IRM. • Fluent in German (native or business fluent) and English (business fluent). • ServiceNow Systems Administrator plus additional micro or implementation specialist certifications are required. • Proven and demonstrated consulting experience (problem solver with attention to detail, resourcefulness). • Demonstrated ability to work and use SCRUM as a delivery methodology. • Strong JavaScript skills and understanding. • Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills). • Working with clients to assess current state of tools and processes and define approach to transition to service-based organization. • Hands-on and “get it done” mentality. • Proven project management experience. • Experience in crafting solutions leveraging global delivery models. • The candidate must possess a valid and current work permit for Germany at the time of application.
