Description

• Mentor, guide, and lead team members in ServiceNow implementation projects. • Foster executive-level relationships and validate technical proposals. • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Architect solutions by mapping customer problems to technology solutions. • Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery. • Engage customers and lead consulting engagements in the IRM space. • Represent the company in industry conferences and executive briefings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow within client environments including advanced knowledge in ServiceNow IRM. • Fluent in German (native or business fluent) and English (business fluent). • ServiceNow Systems Administrator plus additional micro or implementation specialist certifications are required. • Proven and demonstrated consulting experience (problem solver with attention to detail, resourcefulness). • Demonstrated ability to work and use SCRUM as a delivery methodology. • Strong JavaScript skills and understanding. • Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills). • Working with clients to assess current state of tools and processes and define approach to transition to service-based organization. • Hands-on and “get it done” mentality. • Proven project management experience. • Experience in crafting solutions leveraging global delivery models. • Must possess a valid and current work permit for Germany at the time of application.
