Description

• About Freed: We combine clinician love with AI tech to create products that make clinicians happier. • Role: Business Analyst to support data-driven culture, deliver insights, and foster collaboration. • Impact: Tackle analytics across teams, build metrics and dashboards, translate findings.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred, but Tableau, Power BI, or similar are acceptable). • Comfort with scripting languages for data analysis (Python preferred, but R acceptable). • Strong understanding of statistics, including A/B testing. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights. • Experience writing data transformations to prepare data for dashboards or analyses. • A proactive, independent work style and strong prioritization skills. • Previous experience working closely with a variety of teams in a data-driven role (nice to have). • Familiarity with SaaS or health tech industries (nice to have). • Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning (nice to have). • Passion for healthcare and improving the lives of clinicians (nice to have).
