Description

• Founded in 1994, Mindex specializes in software development for large enterprise clients in the Rochester, NY area and for New York State K-12 schools. • We are looking for a candidate with an agile background responsible for creating shared understanding of solution requirements. • The analyst must have strong communication skills and will work heavily with agile teams and client stakeholders. • Duties include gathering and analyzing requirements, developing a deep understanding of the body of work, and participating in planning projects. • Represents the Product Owner and collaborates with the agile teams to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.

Requirements

• BS degree in Business, Communications, or related area preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 1-2 years of Business Analysis experience. • Preferred knowledge in any of the following areas: basic data analysis, public speaking, agile methodologies, software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
