Description

• As a Business Analyst (Onboarding Analyst), you will project manage onboarding for new clients. • You will gather account requirements and train customers on their final setup. • Communicate technical details in a business-friendly way, leading projects successfully. • Deliver optimal solutions independently, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Help resolve customer issues and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working with clients in a client-facing role with a track record of top performance. • Proven project management experience. • Ability to understand and explain complex or technical solutions in a straightforward way to clients. • Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Ability to recognize trends or repeated user-facing issues and identify scalable solutions. • Effective communicator and comfortable interacting with different teams, positions, and customers. • Self-Starter, ability to work independently and get things done. • Continually stays organized to manage multiple projects and fluctuating workload. • Takes initiative and exhibits flexibility to changing requirements or priorities. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus. • Background Screening experience a plus. • Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus.
