• As the FP&A Manager, you will be integral to our finance team, driving revenue optimization and financial planning. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making. • We are seeking a proactive, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue operations and financial planning within a high-growth tech environment (at least 4 years of experience). • Proven experience working closely with the GTM teams (mainly sales and CS/AM). • Strong analytical skills with an expert level of proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with financial software like Stripe and HubSpot. • Experience with BI visualization tools like Looker. • CPA or CFA certification. • Experience in both SAAS B2C and B2B companies is an advantage.
