• Doctors are overworked, burnt out, and are quitting in masses. • At Freed, we combine clinician love with the latest AI tech and intense execution to create products that make clinicians happier. • Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation. • Since May of 2023, we have acquired 17,000 paying and loving clinicians, generated 70,000 patient notes daily and over 2 million monthly, and made thousands of clinicians happier. • With the backing of the best VC in the world, we are rapidly expanding our product offering, including patient-facing assistants, patient insights, and EHR integrations. • We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to take care of people who care for our health.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, particularly skilled in email program management; experience in the SaaS or health tech technology industry preferred. • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, as well as in app platforms such as Intercom, and an overall comprehensive understanding of CRM, email, and app systems. • Strong analytical skills, with an exceptional ability to derive key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data. • Experience in segmentation and conversion techniques; adept at quickly turning broad insights into effective actions. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Skilled in project management, capable of managing multiple projects and excelling in prioritization. • Comfort with A/B testing and experimenting with new strategies; adaptability to feedback and results.
