📋 Description
• Full Stack: Take ownership of product features and drive implementation across the backend (TypeScript) and frontend (React/TypeScript) components of our software stack • AI First: Adapt the latest AI models (language and speech) and techniques to our use case. You can contribute to any of: model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimizing inference for latency and cost. Prior AI experience is not required • Empowered Teams: Collaborate with team members in a fully remote work environment (work hours are flexible but most of the team is on the west coast). Our teams are autonomous and cross-functional, including Product Management and UX Design • Data-driven: Design experiments to validate product changes and ensure the highest quality of our software • Clinician Obsessed: Have a passion for our mission and dedication to making a positive impact on the healthcare industry
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full stack Software Engineering • Curiosity for LLM applications and familiarity with using AI for development (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) • Location within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone • Familiarity with our tech stack is preferred, including React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure and SQL
