📋 Description
• The Salesforce.com Developer will provide ongoing development, integrations, and technical support for multiple Salesforce organizations • This role focuses on custom application development, process integration, and fine-tuning to align Salesforce environments with business strategies • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies, which form the core of the role • Provide technical design and analysis, including researching and implementing innovative solutions to address business needs • Understand and implement integrations between Salesforce and other databases/data sources using development and ETL tools • Support and maintain Salesforce QA, DEV, and PROD environments, ensuring seamless synchronization across these platforms
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is essential • 5+ years of Salesforce.com design and development experience • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Developer (DEV201 and DEV401) • Strong object-oriented development skills, such as Java, .Net, JSP/ASP, are necessary • Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, and SOAP-based web services • Expertise in Salesforce applications like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Mobile platform is required • Familiarity with custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and migration tools is expected • Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools, such as Data Loader, is advantageous • Strong understanding of agile development methodology, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and scope management
