• Do you love coming up with clear and creative solutions to complex design problems? • Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. • Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly. • The Fintech team is responsible for empowering small business owners with the ability to understand, manage and control their financial positions. • As a Staff Product Designer, you will drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and align on long-term vision and short-term goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Have 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web or mobile SaaS products. • Demonstrate mastery of design tools (Figma, Figjam, pencil-and-paper) and the ability to choose the right tool for the task. • Be curious and proactive in addressing customer pain points, finding innovative solutions, and learning from failures to improve. • Embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to create innovative solutions. • Possess expert visual and interaction design skills that are reflected in your portfolio. • Balance long-term vision with the ability to deliver iterative value through effective scoping and sequencing. • Be a clear communicator who can explain the impact of your work, design rationale, and trade-offs. • Excel in collaboration with top-tier communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—essential to successful design.
