Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in developing highly scalable, robust software solutions across multiple layers of the technology stack • Proven leadership experience in guiding teams through complex, high-impact projects and serving as a technical lead • Exceptional proficiency in software design, architecture, and coding, with a focus on maintainability and performance • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills • Strong self-motivation and resourcefulness • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively • Passionate commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, with a track record of staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends • Experience with our development stack: React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL API layer, and Ruby on Rails on AWS. • Led cross-team initiatives and projects
