• The Customer Information Automation team leverages cloud-based architectural patterns, such as event-driven architecture and microservices, ensuring our partners and supporting systems have the information they need when they need it. • This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the evolution of our platform, driving forward-thinking solutions that will shape our future success. • You will work in an environment that values both technical expertise and leadership, where your contributions will have a significant impact on the team and the broader organization. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to lead the development and evolution of our platform.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team or a project and acting as a technical leader • Passion for learning and continuous growth • Excellent collaboration skills and an impeccable ability to communicate and listen to others • A demonstrated level of software engineering experience in back-end architecture • A proven track record of building highly scalable software • Strong software design and architecture skills • Ability to ask a lot of questions, seek out new information and remain open to new ideas and perspectives • Ability to self-serve, take initiative and find resources necessary to deliver a project or solve a problem • Impeccable communication skills and a team player attitude • Attention to quality and proven experience writing automated tests • Ability to navigate ambiguity/uncertainty and prioritize accordingly
