Description

• As a Staff Software Engineer on our Fintech team you will bring technical leadership to the team, bridge the gap between Product, Design and Engineering, mentor other engineers and actively participate in solution design and architecture. • Work with the team to ideate, design, implement, and deliver impactful features iteratively to our customers • Research, communicate, and advocate for the use of best practices within your team’s domain • Mentor and coach junior teammates, helping them elevate their skills and careers

Requirements

• Experience leading a team or a project and acting as a technical leader • A demonstrated level of software engineering experience on a full stack-focused team • Excellent collaboration skills and an impeccable ability to communicate and listen to others • A proven track record of building highly scalable software • Strong software design and architecture skills • Enthusiasm for delivering value early and often to customers • Ability to ask a lot of questions, seek out new information and remain open to new ideas and perspectives • Ability to self-serve, take initiative and find resources necessary to deliver a project or solve a problem • Impeccable communication skills and a team player attitude • Attention to quality and proven experience writing automated tests • Ability to navigate ambiguity/uncertainty and prioritize accordingly
