• Join Luna as a Partner Revenue Cycle Manager! • We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle for our health system partner clinics. • As the key liaison between internal teams and partner stakeholders, you’ll ensure accurate billing, strong financial performance, and seamless collaboration. • If you have a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, love solving complex challenges, and thrive in a partner-facing role — all in a fully remote setting — Apply now!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. • Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team of at least 2–8 direct reports. • Deep understanding of healthcare billing, insurance payers, claims processes, and reimbursement. • Knowledge of Ambulatory vs. Hospital Outpatient billing (CMS 1500 vs. UB04). • Track record of success in partner- or client-facing roles. • Highly organized, with strong prioritization, accountability, and project management skills. • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
