Description

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot daily operational jobs in Linux and Windows environments. • Ensure the timely execution of batch jobs, scripts, and other scheduled processes. • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and IT teams to enhance processes. • Focus on continuous improvement, automating repetitive tasks, and optimizing workflows. • Maintain documentation for operational processes and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in IT operations or system administration, with a strong focus on Linux environments. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux command-line operations and shell scripting (Bash, Python, etc.). • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic administrative tasks. • Experience with automation tools, job scheduling (Cron, Task Scheduler), and monitoring solutions. • Knowledge of version control (Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS ideal). • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in real time. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for collaboration and documentation.
