Description

• Message Broadcast is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our product organization. • This role will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across our product teams. • Develop and maintain operational frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner with Product Managers to establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive product decisions and measure success. • Manage the product planning process, including quarterly roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and resource allocation. • Create and maintain documentation for product processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders. • Lead the implementation and optimization of product tools and systems (e.g., project management, feedback collection, analytics). • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across product teams and with external stakeholders. • Administer and optimize portfolio management tools to ensure effective product planning and prioritization. • Train and support team members on portfolio management tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or similar role • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing operational processes • Advanced experience with portfolio management tools such as Aha!, ProductBoard, Roadmunk, or similar platforms • Experience with product management and project tracking tools • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
