Description

• As our founding hire on Marketing Operations, you will play a key role in our Go To Market success through establishing and growing data management, campaign management, marketing technology, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Business Ops at a B2B marketplace tech startup with enterprise sales. • Database management: You've proactively managed CRM data quality and segmentation for targeted outreach. • Campaign operations: Supported execution of integrated campaigns with strategic lead management. • Process optimization: Built scalable, automated workflows that streamline operations. • Performance analysis: Analyzed KPIs to inform marketing strategies. • Marketing technology: Scaled tech stacks and leveraged integrations to support growth initiatives.
