Description

• Manage the Lifecycle Service (LCS) business for customer contracts. • Ensure customer satisfaction with Motorola Public Safety Software Enterprise Support. • Foster relationships with customers and advocates. • Work closely with the Support Organization for service performance issues. • Engage in the case management process for service delivery. • Oversee any change implementations in service delivery operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in technical customer support • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
