Description

• Seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager to oversee data management processes. • Support and lead projects related to data analysis and training across organization. • Manage data workflows and ensure data integrity. • Complete analyses of internal and external data for organizational growth. • Act as resident expert on data collection systems and train staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data operations, analysis, or a related role. • Advanced Excel Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Data Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or similar tools (preferred). • Strong understanding of data management concepts, workflows, and governance principles. • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Strong teamwork skills with adaptability to fast-paced environments. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo). • Familiarity with a CRM or other database systems. • Understanding of social determinants of health, health equity, and children’s health topics.
