Description

• Supervise the daily operations of a non-exempt team members for physician payment posting, customer service and correspondence. • Oversees the development, implementation, and achievement of operational goals for clients and the company. • Ensures adherence to client policies and procedures and performs all assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience within the last six (6) months with a healthcare provider or an outsourcing company. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor in physician payment posting, customer service and understanding of correspondence from payors and patients. • Complete your HFMA CRCR and CSPR certifications within 90 days
