Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on behavioral health. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health care delivery. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making. • Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare settings. • No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal healthcare programs (eg. Medicare/Medicaid)
