Description

• Exciting opportunity to contribute to the meaningful work of a charity. • Manage grant administration process from application to disbursement. • Ensure timely payments and adhere to compliance standards. • Maintain records of grant recipients, funding allocations, and payment schedules. • Communicate with grantees and manage payments to charity's vendors. • Optimize grants management system and provide training on software. • Collaborate with team to reconcile grant-related expenditures and annual budgets. • Support fundraising activities and manage donations. • Serve as point of contact for grant inquiries and administrative matters. • Coordinate meetings and provide logistical support.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a grant making charity supporting a wide range of partners and projects. • 5 years of experience in grants administration, financial management, and operational excellence. • Bachelor Degree in a related field. • Instills trust, ensures accountability, manages ambiguity, adapts to opportunities and challenges. • Financial and operational acumen, project management, tech savvy, detail-oriented. • Proficiency in Bonterra/CyberGrants’ grant management software and Microsoft Office suite. • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings and collaboration. • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple concurrent responsibilities and activities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Commitment to uphold the values of Rite Aid Healthy Futures: lead with purpose, fight for equity, protect dignity, earn and keep trust, and get there together. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving opportunities and challenges.
