Description

• Provides daily and ongoing support for Cencora programs and solutions • Regularly communicates with customers for updates to supported programs • Investigates and resolves customer issues quickly and creatively • Identifies and escalates potential risks to achieve customer satisfaction • Monitors product inventory meticulously and ensures timely returns • Ensures invoices are generated within company policy • Spearheads initiatives to maximize sales revenue • Implements strategies for cost-effective sales growth and process enhancements

Requirements

• Training in business administration, account management, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations • Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or three plus years of directly related experience • Proficiency and a successful track record in sales or business development • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong time management skills • Understanding of Cencora’s support network • Excellent follow-up skills and ability to multi-task • Proven ability to engage and drive results • Attention to detail to drive sales by managing product inventory
