📋 Description
• As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Nerdio, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategy. • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure that our Salesforce platform meets current and future needs, integrates seamlessly with our existing systems, and supports our mission to deliver exceptional cloud-based services.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce architecture and implementation role, with a proven track record of successful projects. • Familiarity with applications such as Gong, SalesLoft, LeanData, GainSight etc. • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools. • Experience leading a team of developers, including providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure best practices, high-quality deliverables, and team growth. • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials are highly desirable. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
