• Work in close collaboration with the Neuron Executive Team to formulate new go-to-market strategies that enable Neuron to exceed its growth ambitions. • Develop new partnerships to capture new markets and logos. • Manage existing strategic partnerships, such as satellite network operators. • Incubate new sectors until they are ready to deliver profitable revenue growth. • Establish a Government market capture strategy focused initially on North America. • Work closely with the COO to develop a strategy to capture government opportunities in Europe. • Grow a team to further drive successful growth in the target markets as scale is reached. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports and exceeds revenue forecasts. • Generate new ideas for service and product opportunities working closely with the Product Management team. • Attend industry events to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight and represent Neuron in the marketplace.
• At least Master’s degree in Business Management or Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications/experience. • At least 5-years of recent, relevant experience including: • Experience in mobile network segment and/or broadcasting and/or telecoms. • Experience in capacity management and/or systems engineering and/or other pre-sales engineering functions. • Experience in managing large and complex partner relationships. • Experience serving the defense community or previous military experience; • Effective English language communication skills, both verbal and written; including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. • Ability to interact effectively with people of various cultural backgrounds. • Knowledge of digital network communications and RF signal theory, digital satellite network architectures, IP networking, traffic management, QoS. • Knowledge of VSAT networks and platforms as well as TCP/IP protocol suite and network protocols (unicast/multicast, VoIP, IPsec, etc.) • Knowledge of wireless technologies including Wi-Fi and cellular networks. • Willingness and ability to travel the continent up to 20% of the time to meet business needs. • Ability to occasionally work additional hours as needed to meet business demands. • Must have the ability to gain US Government Security Clearance.
