Description

• Anchor Loans seeks a Business Development Manager to expand loan originations. • Key role involves building relationships with real estate brokers. • Drive sales growth and represent Anchor Loans at industry events. • Develop client relationships and monitor loan pipeline reports. • Ensure business integrity and manage customer relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business purpose or small balance commercial lending. • Self-starter, and ability to prioritize workload and manage time in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work as a dependable teammate in a fast-paced start-up environment. • Experience with CRM, a must. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
