From Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal and beyond, we offer comprehensive health plans tailored to both employers’ and employees’ needs through an integrated approach that includes telemedicine, affordable health insurance, and a combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities.</p><p>By leveraging advanced technology, we are transforming the healthcare landscape, making it more efficient and accessible for everyone.</p><p>We’re currently looking for an autonomous business leader who will help us identify, assess and implement an international expansion strategy for Reliance Health within the MENA market.</p><p>This role will be responsible for executing our international expansion playbook, engaging with key stakeholders in target markets, assessing local regulations, and identifying operational requirements for market entry.</p><p>The role can either be based in Cairo, Egypt where we have an office or remote within Egypt.</p><p></p><ul> <li>Analyze and identify health insurance across MENA and other emerging markets</li> <li>Understand the different regulations and the requirements for a new player to enter such markets</li> <li>Segment and prioritize international expansion options for Reliance Health</li> <li>Executing the international expansion playbook of Reliance Health</li> <li>Build the right network in the different interesting countries (hiring candidates, advisors, supporters, etc.)</li> <li>Coordinate the launch of Reliance Health’s business in identified new countries.</li> </ul><p></p>

🎯 Requirements

<ul> <li>5+ years of experience working in international or cross-border roles, preferably within emerging markets, with transferable skills suited for driving international expansion.</li> <li>Strong network of business executives, regulators and startup founders across multiple emerging markets.</li> <li>Autonomous thinking and problem-solving aptitude.</li> <li>Hands-on approach and willingness to build from 0 to 1.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.</li> <li>Experience in insurance / healthcare is a plus but not compulsory.</li> </ul>
