📋 Description
• Reliance Health’s mission is to make quality healthcare delightful, affordable, and accessible in emerging markets. • We are transforming the healthcare landscape, making it more efficient and accessible for everyone. • Currently looking for an autonomous business leader to help identify, assess and implement an international expansion strategy. • This role will be responsible for executing our international expansion playbook, engaging with key stakeholders in target markets. • Assessing local regulations, and identifying operational requirements for market entry. • Analyze and identify health insurance across Africa and other emerging markets. • Understand the different regulations and requirements for market entry. • Segment and prioritize international expansion options for Reliance Health. • Build the right network in different countries (hiring candidates, advisors, supporters). • Coordinate the launch of Reliance Health’s business in identified new countries.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working in international or cross-border roles, preferably within emerging markets, with transferable skills suited for driving international expansion. • Strong network of business executive, regulators and startup founders across multiple emerging markets. • Autonomous thinking and problem-solving aptitude. • Hands-on approach and willingness to build from 0 to 1. • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. • Experience in insurance / healthcare is a plus but not compulsory.
