We’re global, remote-friendly, and multicultural, yet we share the same values. • Key responsibilities: Strategy & Growth: Develop a unified affiliate and partner strategy to meet revenue goals, with a tiered model offering targeted incentives. Align with leadership on growth targets and strategy, tracking KPIs for impact. • Recruitment & Expansion: Drive affiliate and partner recruitment through diverse channels, fostering key relationships. Explore new markets and establish pathways for affiliates to become partners. • Operations & Optimization: Oversee onboarding and daily operations, ensuring smooth program execution and reliable tracking tools. Optimize performance through data-driven insights and a flexible compensation structure. • Marketing & Co-Branding: Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, content, and assets for affiliates and partners, promoting program benefits and driving engagement. • Training & Support: Deliver tailored training programs and ongoing support, equipping affiliates and partners with essential resources and guidance. • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships, managing top-tier partnerships with competitive agreements and co-marketing opportunities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on leads, customer handoffs, and product resources for partners. • Compliance & Risk: Uphold compliance in agreements, mitigating risks through clear guidelines on promotion, IP use, and data privacy adherence (GDPR, CCPA).
• Proven track record in building and scaling affiliate programs & partner programs for SaaS or tech, with experience in platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, etc. and driving lead generation and revenue growth. • Experience working with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align affiliate and partner programs with company-wide goals and integrate them into the marketing strategy. • Proficient in data-driven performance tracking, setting KPIs, and using tools like Impact and PartnerStack to optimize conversions and manage payouts. • Demonstrated success in leading affiliate/partner teams, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and growth, with a strong record of building high-performance teams. • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing top-tier partner relationships, fostering long-term partnerships for business impact. • Experience in building incentive programs for both affiliates and partners, including performance-based rewards, tiered commissions, or bonuses. • In-depth understanding of the SaaS model, including subscription revenue, CLV, and B2B partnerships in tech or SaaS environments. • Skilled in managing partner ecosystems, including resellers and integrators, with hands-on experience in onboarding, training, and revenue-sharing models for collaborative growth. • Experience managing global programs with international affiliates and partners, including dealing with the complexities of different markets and regulations (e.g., data privacy, payment terms). • A well-established network of affiliates, partners, and influencers within the SaaS or tech industry, which can be leveraged for immediate program growth.
