Description

• Optimize, develop and evaluate the user experience for our SaaS desktop application • Co-create vision and concepts for features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals • Identify design problems and devise optimized solutions • Collaborate with UX Writers, Product Owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders • Verify user needs by selecting appropriate UX research methods • Conduct competitor analysis to inform design decisions • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Follow UX design best practices and stay updated with industry trends

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer • Experience in designing complex desktop applications • Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) and UX research • Clear and effective communication of UX design processes • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration • Ability to iterate on designs based on UX principles • Passion to resolve user pain points through design • Ability to interpret UX metrics • Openness to feedback and iterative processes • Accuracy and attention to detail • Knowledge of Figma, Axure, or standard UX software • University diploma in UX studies, psychology, or related field • Excellent English and Polish language skills
