• Oversee and manage security camera systems remotely. • Monitor live footage and maintain functionality. • Respond to security alerts to ensure protocols are met.

Requirements

• Experience with remote security camera systems and software. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to react quickly in critical situations. • Basic knowledge of network and camera troubleshooting. • Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor. • Familiarity with common security camera software and systems. • Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet. • High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer.
