Description

• Lead cross-functional technical programs and align initiatives • Create and manage project plans, coordinate teams, and track progress • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively • Guide technical discussions and design reviews • Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes • Streamline workflows and promote best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred • 3–6+ years in technical program management, with experience in multi-team environments • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) • Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor • Highly motivated and organized • Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • High-quality noise-canceling headset • High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet • High-speed computer with a working webcam must also have a backup computer • A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Technical background in software development • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or operational workflows • Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master)
