📋 Description

• Storyteller is a platform that allows brands to integrate Stories functionality into their apps and websites. • Join Storyteller's dedicated team as a Client Operations Manager. • You will be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving successful integration of our Stories platform for high-profile clients. • Grab hold of projects and make them your own, being the person who knows and cares the most about the clients. • Initiate delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives. • Manage project schedules, track milestones, and adjust timelines as necessary. • Maintain transparent client communication and manage stakeholder expectations. • Review client integrations to ensure they meet specifications and provide feedback. • Run CMS training with clients to ensure effective use of the platform. • Identify and engage with problems to propose solutions. • Manage post-launch support to ensure a smooth handover. • Contribute to improvements in the delivery of Storyteller to clients. • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in delivering or managing web- or app-based projects in the private sector • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements • Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things • A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative • A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness • Experience communicating directly with customers • Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications • The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • An understanding of project management methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable
