Description

• Oversee coordination of software release process • Implement standards, processes, tools for DevOps function • Establish CI/CD strategy and enterprise automated pipelines • Coach and mentor DevOps engineers • Determine readiness of each release and govern go-live activities • Build metrics and reporting for continuous improvements • Collaborate with development leaders to support initiatives • Balance team workload across various tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university required • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and software development required • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in release management and utilization of DevOps practices • AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification required • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced organizational and planning skills • Advanced multi-tasking skills • Expert problem solving skills • Proficient negotiation skills • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Advanced ability to manage and prioritize deadlines • Advanced ability to work collaboratively and build relationships • Advanced ability to communicate and interact effectively • Advanced ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work • Advanced adaptability • Expert ability in collecting and analyzing data
