📋 Description
• The Search and Content Discovery team enables customers to find right content efficiently. • The Senior Product Manager, Search and Content Discovery optimizes search relevance and personalization. • Lead the long-term search and discovery strategy. • Align search capabilities with company objectives through partnerships. • Drive the product roadmap for search experiences. • Define and prioritize features that enhance relevance. • Lead experimentation through A/B testing to validate hypotheses. • Collaborate with customer support to address recurring search challenges. • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Product Management experience on a team focused on search relevance, recommendations, and/or personalization • Relevant experience in building and shipping products in an iterative test-and-learn environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of metrics • A firm grasp of product management fundamentals • Experience leading empowered cross-functional teams • Effective stakeholder management
