• Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads; • Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries; • Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction; • Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish, level C1-C2, you will be communicating with native speakers on a daily basis • 1 + years of experience in sales or support role • High-speed internet connection • Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time) • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
