📋 Description
• Lead and support field service staff and customers on GE Power Conversion equipment system issues. • Provides technical support for new unit installation/startup and other outage work scopes. • Manage, develop, and lead customer facing initiatives to deliver the best possible customer service. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive the right actions and provide prompt resolution to customer issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university • Minimum 3 years of field service and/or commissioning experience • US citizen with the ability to obtain Secret level clearance • Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time
