• The Renewals Contract Management Specialist is a critical member of the PGOG Renewals team. • The purpose of this role is to ensure that there is highly accurate asset management information. • This role will work closely with the Customer Success team for calculation sheet and account/asset/opportunity and renewals price calculation and quoting related information request. • The Renewals Contract Management team ensures a high level of accuracy and fidelity with the O&G and PG Installed Base customer list.
• High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution • Minimum of 2 years in similar position in sales support, customer service or sales • Bachelors degree in Business or a Technical Field preferred. • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task • Sense of urgency / Prioritize activities • Attention to detail • Creative, innovative and curious personality with problem solving approach • Sales and service mindset, customer-focused approach • Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles • Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams and navigate through a global regional matrix structure and help achieve results in timely manner • Customer focused, commercial skills and professionalism to interact with internal and external customer • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills – coordination role • Self- starter – excited and willing to be start of a “startup” division of commercial operations • Able to work without direct supervision and having “can do” attitude • Flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs and Microsoft Excel
