📋 Description

• Supervise the Title Center services and handle all critical items or delegate to the title team member as appropriate. • Assist in the timely and efficient flow of all necessary documents in accordance with applicable codes. • Manage staff and monitor their work to ensure accuracy and completion of tasks. • Hire and manage the performance of title center employees. • Monitor productivity and efficiency through the dashboard, automation, and title tracker platforms. • Schedule time off and monitor attendance. Approve time cards. • Responsible for running and reviewing several reports related to title center metrics. • Resolve employee conflicts. • Enforce company policies and procedures and set an example and expectations for the team. • Conform audit requirements and implement changes/procedures as directed by audit results. • Assist Salvage Providers, Title Processors, and IAA branches with any DMV questions or processes. • Organize and lead groups doing large title projects such as unobtainable title bulk projects and old inventory at DMV. • Process all salvage and non-repairable reversals or any other escalated file through coordination with DMV. • Monitor and update Vehicle Industry News memos from DMV. • Oversee the training of new Title Specialists and DMV Processors. • Monitor DMV inventory supplies and communicate with DMV Vendor/ DMV to gain additional secured forms. • Develop working relationships with Salvage Providers and various DMV units. • Conduct regular meetings with all department personnel to communicate policies and procedures and review issues or opportunities. • Develop progression plans and work to support employee growth and development goals. • Work closely with Senior Manager on reporting and communicating status, needs, and resources. • Other duties as assigned per business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relative experience above the required years. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong administrative skills and basic project management experience. • Excellent written and communication skills. • Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Typical Field Office Environment.
