📋 Description

• Responsible for Nuclear Engineering activities that support GE's existing fleet of BWRs. • Responsible for performing nuclear Fuel Bundle and Core Design for Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) plants. • Provide technical guidance and leadership. • Prepare, document and present technical data to internal and external customers. • Ensure work is performed with high quality in accordance with NRC rules and regulations. • Drive a team culture based on teamwork and integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in nuclear engineering, physics, computational methods or a closely related technical discipline AND 8 years of experience specializing in Reload Design & Analysis, Thermal Hydraulic Methods, Neutronics Methods, LOCA, Containment, and Stability Analysis, Radiological Analysis, or Transient Analysis. • OR Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in nuclear engineering, physics, computational methods or a closely related technical discipline AND Minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in the same areas. • OR Ph.D. from an accredited university or college in nuclear engineering, physics, computational methods or a closely related technical discipline AND Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in the same areas. • Desired Qualifications: Prior experience with BWR technology, Strong analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, and process skills.
