Description

• ghSMART is a leadership advisory firm creating value for CEOs, boards, and investors. • Provide financial reporting and analytical support to achieve annual goals. • Collaborate with leadership to analyze business activity and develop financial models. • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system. • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reconcile accounts. • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients, including auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant and Systems Analyst. • Prior experience in implementing a new ERP system. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling. • Solid knowledge of relational databases. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
